The food here is great & the staff are very friendly. We decided to have our anniversary dinner here. I had the grilled chicken with scampi & my hubby had the filet mignon. So succulent & flavourful. The portions are big. I was not disappointed at all Keep the good food & people will keep coming

We went for lunch. The place is clean but was empty. The server, don't know his name gave off a vibe like he didn't want to be there. Started with lentil soup which was amazing then the main course was a major let down. I had the spanakopita plate, bottom of it was hard & almost burnt, rice had no flavour. My husband had the breaded fish with potatoes, the dressing from the salad was under the fish making it soggy. We were very disappointed & don't really want to go back.
Normally I've always had good experiences whenever I have dined at Vieux Duluth Lasalle location but not so recently. First & foremost our waiter's body language & attitude revealed that he seemed unhappy/bored & just didn't want to be there. Secondly, my wife & I were the only two customers in the whole restaurant (they had just opened for the day) so when two very chatty ladies walked in they were given a booth right next to ours. So for the remainder of the time that we were there we heard their conversation loud & clear & it was annoying. Thirdly, the powers that be in the restaurant decided to crank up the volume of Greek music that was a little much. fourthly, my potatoes were way over salted & not enjoyable to eat. Overall, it was it was so disappointing to be there.
Delicious food, large portions, great value. Chicken & beef dishes were perfectly cooked & tender. Nice Greek music in the background. Very friendly staff, stayed long after paying the bill & we never felt like we were encouraged to leave. Highly recommend!
The food was great, so good that I am going back for my birthday in July
The service was good no intrusive waiter. It was a late lunch so very few customers the atmosphere was ok very quiet.

Very large & well-lit Greek restaurant in Lasalle ❤?❤? The staff is super nice & always on their feet & ensuring we are taken care of 😇😇 We started with crevettes au gratin & they were so delicious ! For the main meal I had the poitrine de poulet & crevettes papillon while my partner had the medium rare filet mignon & they were so tasty ❤?❤? We savoured each bite & the portion size was perfect for our appetite. For dessert, we had the baklava & caramel crème & it was beyond amazing! A 10/10 restaurant to bring your friends & family & enjoy the delicacies of Greek food 😇😇

Am sorry I didn't get to take the food out but what I can say first time dining there the food was good like better then what I expected waiter was polite service was 11/10
Had such a beautiful experience at Au Vieux Duluth! The portions are phenomenal, so generous & full of flavour. The decor is exquisite, with such a warm & inviting atmosphere. & the staff? Wow!! Truly some of the sweetest & kindest people I've ever encountered. They made the whole evening feel extra special.
There was one gentleman in particular, I didn't catch his name, but I'll absolutely never forget him. He was incredibly sweet, so attentive, & you could just tell he genuinely loves what he does. That kind of energy makes all the difference. 🫶🏽
Everything from the appetizers to the main dishes was perfection. You can tell they put so much love & care into their service & food. It's the kind of place where you instantly feel at home, whether you're celebrating something special or just treating yourself to a lovely night out.
Au Vieux Duluth is more than just a restaurant, it's an experience. Beautiful ambiance, amazing food, & heartfelt service. I'm so grateful for the memories made here & already looking forward to the next visit!
Nous sommes allés souper Au Vieux Duluth hier. Nous n'avions pas de réservation. Accueil chaleureux de l'hôtesse. Nous avons été servis par Ryan. Un service 5⭐?de sa part. Ryan est très professionnel, courtois & hyper gentil. Le repas était excellent. L'entrée des escargots gratinés était succulent. Les calmars exquis dans une panure légère. Portion généreuse. En plat principal, j'ai pris l'authentique souvlaki servi avec riz, quelques pommes de terre, salade croustillante & une sauce tzatziki. Mon conjoint a pris le saumon qui était délicieux, tendre & juteux. Un restaurant avec un très beau décor. De plus, il y a un stationnement. Je vous recommande ce Vieux Duluth si vous êtes à LaSalle. Pour un repas en famille, entre amis ou collègues. Au plaisir! 👍🫶
