Good home cooked meal. Lamb was delightfully tender. Nice ambiance. Washrooms not the nicest or cleanest. Relaxed staff. No real complaints. Definitely scratched the itch we had for lamb couscous.
Delicious Moroccan food in a nicely decorated setting overlooking a fountain plaza. The lamb tajin was fall off the bone goodness with perfectly flavoured sauce full of figs, almonds, cranberries & golden raisins. We also had the lovely BereBere Salad which is a Moroccan roasted vegetable dip eaten with a semolina flat bread. Such a lovely meal & the owner is friendly & very knowledgeable about Moroccan traditional ingredients.
J y étais, il y a quelques jours. La souris d agneau est un régale ( bien préparée) Les quantités sont très raisonnable. Pour ceux qui aiment épicé ++, demandez au moment de la commande.
Très bon accueil du propriétaire & sa femme !!! On a pris trois couscous (poulet, merguez, agneau) + Tajine agneau. On a pu tous goûter à chacune de nos viandes...Excellent !!! Surtout l'agneau super tendre !!!! On est même parti avec nos Portions tellement elles étaient généreuses. Un gâteau nous a été offert pour l'anniversaire de ma femme.
Excellent !!! I give this restaurant 5 stars ! We have just had dinner at "Au Coin Berbère" in Montreal & had an exceptional experience. I ordered the lamb tagine, & it was a delightful journey to the Maghreb with every bite. The flavors were rich & authentic, truly transporting me to North Africa. My daughter had the chicken couscous, & she absolutely loved it! The dish was full of taste, generous & bursting with flavors. We paired our meal with some refreshing mint tea (see photos), which was the perfect complement to our dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant! You'll feel welcomed ! What a fantastic discovery ! & I love that little street / plaza where it is located. If you're looking for a taste of authentic Berber cuisine, Au Coin Berbère is a must-visit. I suggest to make a reservation, bon appétit 😊
Super restaurant avec un accueil & une ambiance au TOP ! Sans parler de la cuisine qui est EXCELLENTE ! On a mangé une Rechta (sur commande) de quoi bien se sentir en Algérie le temps d'un repas 🫠🇩🇿
