About

Antabli specializes in authentic Middle Eastern confectionery, centering its production on high-quality Lebanese ice cream and traditional sweets. The menu prominently features stretchy, mastic-infused booza, often adorned with generous portions of fresh pistachios and clotted cream known as ashta. Expertly crafted crêpes incorporate rich, sweet fillings that bridge the gap between classic technique and regional flavor profiles. The display cases showcase an extensive array of syrup-soaked baklava, bird’s nest pastries, and semolina-based delicacies prepared with floral waters and premium nuts. Patrons select from a wide variety of chilled treats that emphasize authentic texture and traditional ingredients. Every item reflects a dedication to specific regional confectionary standards, maintaining a focus on sugar, dairy, and nut combinations that define this style of dessert house. The establishment prioritizes consistency and depth of flavor in its sugary offerings.

Review Summary

Antabli is widely recognized as a top destination in Montreal for authentic Lebanese cocktails, fresh fruit dishes, and high-quality desserts like ice cream and crepes. Many patrons appreciate the vibrant atmosphere, the variety offered on the menu, and the refreshing, flavorful nature of their signature treats. While numerous visitors enjoy consistent quality and friendly service that evokes nostalgic memories, others have noted inconsistencies regarding staff professionalism, service speed, and perceived hygiene standards. Opinions on value also vary, with some guests finding the portions and pricing perfect, while others feel the size of servings has decreased over time. Overall, the establishment remains a popular spot for families and friends, despite occasional reports of crowded conditions or cleanliness issues during peak times.

Good most of the fruits are fresh, avocado were a little bit blackish & bit pricey for the amount you have , for 15$ should be a little bit bigger (i took the fruit cocktail with avocado/strawberry & mamgo)

Didn't have a very positive experience at this specific location. I came here after I had a 10/10 experience at Antabli in Downtown Montreal, since they were closed down I decided to come here instead. I got 4 scoops of ice cream for which 3 out of 4 scoops didn't taste that well. The pisachio & Arabic icream were decent however the sorbet were outright not very good. The ice cream seemed old & not very fresh. My friend ordered a smoothy & he had the same experience, not the best place for quality of ice cream. Also, the interior decor was very ugly & just didn't have a positive vibe. The customer service was also not the best as the person serving us was a bit rude. Lastly the menu is so disorganized & hard to read, as it's all over the wall. There is such a big difference between the two franchises, I strongly recommend creating a standardized brand & keeping everything the same. Discounted with my experience here.

The quantity is really smaller than before for the same price, it’s too expensive now to go for a quick dessert since it’s now a portion for one person only, it’s cash only + taxes…. 18$ for the « nuit du Liban », it’s still good even tho the ashta portion is not worth the price, you better buy the ashta & buy your own fruits for that price
