Allô mon Coco offers a lively brunch vibe with generous portions and dishes that many reviewers find tasty and well prepared, boosted by friendly service and a convenient location; while some visits are louder and busier and a few items may be pricier, the overall experience is described as reliable for a satisfying breakfast or weekend brunch.
The food, parking & pricing is ok. Their real issue is around organization. There should be no surprise that Sundays will be busy. Walking in was very chaotic, a few very unhappy customer looking for resolutions at the front of the restaurant. We were 3 people, but food was brought out at 4 different times. So hard looking at hot food sitting in front of you while waiting for the other 2 people to be served & the other part of my meal being delivered after the fact.
Mes oeux avaient l'aire frit
On doit demander pour un refill de café qui soit dit en passant n'est pas inclus même si dans les autres Allo mon coco le café est inclus. Rajouté 2.25 a vôtre facture déjà salée.
Sat with my husband & 18month old son - we had the absolute best time sitting in a rather large booth. We felt cared for by the waiter & the food was delicious! Would definitely return
I recently visited Allô Mon Coco in Côte-des-Neiges for a weekend brunch, & it was an absolute delight! The location is super convenient, right near the metro station. The atmosphere is vibrant & family-friendly, with a modern vibe that feels welcoming without being stuffy. My eggs Benedict were spot-on: perfectly poached eggs, rich hollandaise, & a soft English muffin that soaked up all the goodness. The portions are generous, & everything tasted fresh & made with quality ingredients. Service was friendly & attentive; our server was quick to recommend options & made sure we had everything we needed. Prices are reasonable for the hearty portions, & it's clear why this spot has such strong ratings-it's a go-to for a sparkling breakfast experience. Highly recommend for anyone craving a fun, satisfying brunch in Montreal! I'll definitely be back soon.
I always enjoy my food, great portions. I should of sat outside that day, it was nice & would of be quieter. I find most Allo Mon CoCos are VERY loud & noisy.
Meh. It Was Fine.
Stopped by Allo mon coco for breakfast this morning, & it was... well, it was a breakfast. Nothing to write home about, but it filled a void.
The food was pretty mediocre. I had, pancakes, eggs & toast & it was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it lacked any real flavor or finesse. Tasted like something I could've whipped up at home on a lazy Sunday.
