Worst service I have ever experienced. Waited 17 minutes just for the waitress to come to our table. We ordered 3 plates & only 2 arrived. One plate was missing toast & the choice of meat. Instead of entering our third plate correctly, the waitress added extras to my son's plate (which was supposed to be my husband's order), resulting in my husband never receiving a meal at all.
The bill was incorrect & took another 8 minutes to fix. Food was cold by the time it reached us. Never refilled coffee or hot water for my tea.
There was no manager on the floor to support or guide the staff, who clearly need supervision & guidance.
To make matters worse, I saw the kitchen staff eating while preparing food. No hand washing. Completely unacceptable. I will never return to this location.

Terrible experience. Cold winter day. The restaurant couldn't accommodate me. They refused to allow me to put my jacket somewhere. There was no place in the booth for my $4000 jacket. The lady said sorry but I can't do anything for you. Meanwhile there were empty chars nearby I could have hung it. Terrible place & all the people working there looked miserable, & had a weird look on their face. I went to Baton Rouge next door & they immediately accommodated me with my winter jacket. I will never go to any Allo Mon CoCo ever again. Better off at Petino's !!!
Nous étions 4 personnes à table pour le brunch. La première personne a été servie plutôt rapidement mais nous avons dû attendre environ 7-8 minutes pour recevoir les 2e & 3e assiettes. Pour la 4e assiette, nous l'avons annulé après plus de 25 minutes d'attente puisque de toute façon, les autres convives avaient presque fini de manger. On m'a proposé un smoothie ou un repas'take out' pour s'excuser mais ne sachant pas si j'allais le recevoir d'ici la prochaine demi heure, j'ai refusé. Aucune autre compensation nous a été proposée.

Nous sommes allés déjeuner vendredi matin vers 10h & avons malheureusement reçu l'un des pires services que nous ayons eu. Travaillant nous-mêmes en restauration, nous comprenons très bien les périodes de rush & le stress, & nous sommes demeurés polis & respectueux du début à la fin.
J'ai commandé un milkshake Oreo avec mon repas. Nous avons reçu nos assiettes sans aucun suivi, & ce n'est qu'après avoir terminé presque les 3/4 de mon assiette que la serveuse est venue nous demander si « c'est-tu correct ». Je lui mentionne donc que je n'ai pas reçu mon milkshake, ce à quoi elle a réagi en roulant les yeux.
Le milkshake nous a finalement été apporté dans un verre Stella (verre à bière), alors que pour le prix, nous nous attendions à un contenant approprié & à la présentation habituelle.
Aucune excuse ne nous a été offerte & la serveuse nous a ensuite demandé l'addition sur un ton sec & désagréable. Nous avons laissé le minimum, car l'attitude était tout simplement déplorable.
Ayant déjà travaillé pour Allô Mon Coco, je ne crois pas qu'une telle expérience représente les standards du service qu'on devrait y retrouver.

My breakfast was a bit cold, but considering our party of 10 was served rapidly & at the same time.. it was pretty amazing.. forgiven!!, & will definitely go back
Diner style - food ok, not perfect but fine. The english muffins under the eggs benedictine were soggy. The mimosa - warm. The cubed potatoes were very nice! The staff were friendly.
Cuisson des oeufs pochés pas respectées selon la demande. Les rôties étaient déjà froides. L'attente du déjeuner un peu trop longue. Serveuse très occupée mais très gentille. Le remplissage du café se fait attendre, un peu trop long.
