To be honest, I was not going to write a review or return back due to my last experience a few months back. My Mother lives nearby & we decided to try it again. Thankfully we did because we met JUSTIN! We also were served by a nice gentleman who was very polite he made the Matcha & the busboy who made sure we were served, he also offered help wherever help was needed. I wish I received their names but, please do ask Justin who worked on July 28, 2025. These young men will be the reason we return. Also they all spoke to us in English. As a business owner myself, no matter how good food will be it all stands in the person who welcomes & serves you.. Whomever owns this location, please reward these young men as they are the reason I have spoken so well about this location & we will return! Keep Smiling & being kind!
Très bon accueil même le jour où les autres restaurants de la franchise sont fermés & leurs envoient leurs clients.
Le service est resté correctement rapide.
La salle principale est relativement petite mais le bruit reste correct.
La cuisine est très bonne & les quantités vous permettent de ne pas encore avoir faim à la sortie.
Je vous recommande sans reserve ce restaurants.
Bad & good experiences. The workers aren't very happy & in good spirits. Over heard them complaining about who has to serve customers outside. My mom asked a lady if we could sit outside once & she said she has to ask. She never came back & we sat inside few mins later customers were eating outside. My mom didn't want me to complain so I left it. I like this place but come on guys do better.
Missing more than one thing when I ordered at the counter & took it home I called to notify them. They were talking to each other in French over the phone saying how I'm stupid. Yeah I'm not that bad in French but thx.
Stopped by for a light bite just after noon. The place wasn't busy, but it looked like it may have been busy earlier. Staff wasn't very attentive & forgot our smoothie. Good size serving of good food.
J'ai eu l'honneur de me faire servir par Maeva & Moncef . Ils m'ont donner un service impeccable du début jusqu'à la fin. Le choco coco de luxe que j'ai pris était excellent mais le service etait meilleur :) je vou souhaite de avoir Maeva comme serveuse ! Une personne remplie de joie!
Je viens de temps en temps déjeuner dans ce restaurant. En général, c'est correct, même si le service est assez inégal : parfois agréable, parfois un peu désinvolte. Aujourd'hui, j'ai malheureusement eu une mauvaise expérience. J'ai trouvé un cheveu dans mon assiette. Quand je l'ai signalé à la serveuse, elle est d'abord revenue en me disant que c'était du fromage… Non, c'était bel & bien un cheveu. Ce n'est qu'à ce moment-là qu'elle a accepté de me changer le plat. Un geste normal, certes, mais la manière dont ça a été géré laisse franchement à désirer. Dommage, car j'appréciais l'endroit pour une pause déjeuner rapide.
La nourriture est bonne mais le service est inégal. Parfois c'est excellent, parfois, il manque des choses; ustensiles, donc incapacité de mélanger le café (c'est arrivé plusieurs fois), pain tranché absent, sirop absent, café qui tarde à venir. Être assis au bar offre toujours un service médiocre. Souvent on ne m'offre pas de refill de café durant le repas & quand je suis prêt à partir, je dois attendre 20-30 minutes pour avoir la facture, même en cherchant activement à attirer l'attention. À ma dernière visite, les 3 cuisiniers barbus portaient mal ou pas du tout leur cache-barbe.
