J'adore cet endroit ! La place est agréable, la nourriture toujours délicieuse & les portions généreuses pour un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Le personnel est tout simplement adorable - chaleureux, attentionné & toujours de bonne humeur. J'y vais chaque semaine & c'est devenu un de mes incontournables du Plateau. Je recommande vivement !

Le décor est coloré, moderne & chaleureux, avec une atmosphère conviviale typique du Plateau. L'endroit est souvent animé, surtout les fins de semaine, mais l'attente en vaut la peine. Idéal pour un brunch entre amis ou en famille.
Le personnel est accueillant, rapide & attentionné. Même lors des périodes achalandées, le service reste efficace & professionnel.
Les portions sont généreuses & bien présentées. Le menu est varié, avec des options pour tous les goûts : oeufs bénédictine, crêpes, gaufres, bols santé, omelettes, etc. Les ingrédients sont frais, & les plats sont savoureux. Le café est bon & les jus frais sont un excellent complément

On allait déjeuner ce matin en attendant la fin d'un rdv. Aucun service, aucun sourire. Demander à 3 serveuses de la confiture par finir par la recevoir d'un autre client. Aller chercher le sucre sur une autre table, pareil pour le ketchup. La serveuse n'est jamais venue voir si c'était à notre goût ou manquait quelque chose. Elle a donc reçu un pourboire de 0,90$ sur une facture de 59,10$.

Si vous n'aimez pas vos jobs les filles changer !

3.5 stars but Google doesn't allow the .5 stars.

Food: Delicious, Restaurant: charming. However, I perceived a lack of care in several aspects.

Examples:
I ordered the Mexican casserole. The menu says it comes with'rotie'. However, I got lightly toasted English muffins. The waiter hadn't asked me what I preferred unlike in other breakfast restaurants.

I literally had to get up from my seat & ask a waitress who wasn't serving my table to serve me water.

For a sit-down breakfast chain, I expected to be served peanut butter, all kinds of jam & ketchup unprompted. However, unlike Cora & Allô Mon Coco Longueuil, this wasn't the case. The ketchup bottle was empty so I had to again call the waitress who wasn't serving my table. Thank you unknown waitress!

The bathroom sink started getting clogged when I was using it.

Having said all this, I enjoyed a lot of aspects of the restaurant. The interior decor is really charming & modern. My food arrived fast & it was delicious & looked appetizing.

The attempt to cut costs in the food was again disappointing. My casserole was 70% potato which didn't taste special. The fresh fruits served were varied but 70% was some kind of cheap green fruit.

Overall: I won't recommend it. I am not demanding about service but it disappointed me. Food is delicious but so is the case in other Allô Mon Coco & Cora.

Le meilleur brunch de ma vie !!
n'hésitez plus, foncez ! je vous recommande le brunch choco coco qui était délicieux: oeufs aux plats, patates, pain blanc, jambon, fruits & une crêpe nutella banane !
le personnel est adorable tout comme la décoration !

My recent experience was definitely a positive one. The overall cleanliness was immediately noticeable & appreciated. It's always reassuring to walk into a well-maintained environment, & this place certainly delivered.

Beyond the clean surroundings, the customer support I received was excellent. The staff were helpful, attentive, & genuinely seemed to care about ensuring I had a good experience. They were prompt in addressing any questions I had & went above & beyond to make me feel welcome.

& finally, the food was a highlight! It was well-prepared, flavorful, & clearly made with quality ingredients. It's always a bonus when a place can deliver on all fronts - environment, service, & taste.

Overall, I would highly recommend this place. The combination of a clean environment, excellent customer support, & delicious food makes for a truly enjoyable experience. You're likely to have a positive visit & leave feeling satisfied.
