Rooms are a dump, ugh feel terrible spending this kind of money despite the great location. They have to warn people that rooms are in dire need of renovation, worse than your local Motel 8.View more
The perfect stay at mont tremblant , staff were extremely friendly ! The consiage was very helpful at all times & every member of staff went the extra mile for you , the rooms are a little dated with noise being a little bit of an issue as you can here next door quite clearly the hotel could do with an update in that department, The views are perfect like something out of a postcard , the outside hot tub is a must do when visiting as it was amazing to witness the views & the stars , the hotel has lots of other cool facilities such as a games room & places to get something to eat , a perfect choice if you enjoy skiing as it's right next to the slopes , beware wifi is expensive at $16 Canadian dollers a dayView more

We enjoyed our family trip. We got asked if we wanted to upgrade & we did for a higher price, but was it worth it? The service was top notch. For $100 bucks more, we got the lounge access, & the lounge was pretty & the breakfast was great, eggs, sausage, bacon, different assortments of bread, & fruit. The dinner looked gorgeous, BUT it wasn't a full meal, more of a hors d'oeuvres option, which we were disappointed in. The room was upgraded, & that did not disappoint. THE ONLY disappointment was the pillows. OOOOOF, they were as flat as a pancake. I also dialed for the front desk a few times during the week & I never got an answer. All & all, we will be back.View more
This hotel is set up against the mountain in Mt. Tremblant, making it simple to ski in & ski out. Outdoor chairs are set up with warm faux fur brown & white blanket to keep a person cozy. The ski village is adjacent to the hotel & offered many shopping choices, as well as dining experiences. Blue skies & sunshine are always welcome in the middle of January. My friends & I enjoyed our stay thoroughly.View more
Pros: beautiful building, & I loved all the spaces including the lobby, seating areas, restaurants, sauna & especially the outdoor heated pools. Cons: rooms were normal (nothing different or exciting than a standard hotel room). Customer service was a complete hit or miss depending on who you were talking to. Better labeling is required for which stairs to take. If the elevator is not working. Make sure you don't leave anything behind in your room because they're shipping fees (using FedEx) is expensive.View more

Perfect location in the village with walking distance to two lifts. Nice classic hotel & rooms were very comfortable. Was here for a work party & that didn't disappoint either. Outdoor hot tub & pool were great too! Definitely a splurge type of hotel but we were here first time for 3 nights so we went for it, glad we did!View more

Superbe expérience au Fairmont tremblant! Nous avions réservé une chambre OR au 7 étage & lendroit étais plus que parfait! Service courtois & attentionné, les chambres étais bien rénovée & que dire du salon exécutif pour les clients OR. À chaque moment de la journée, ils nous proposait un buffet dans la cuisine dédié que pour le 7etage. Le choix de vin & de spiritueux étais super. Le parcours thermal qui vient d'être refais vaut vraiment la peine. Les restaurant de l'hôtel sont super également. L'emplacement est plus que parfait, directement sur les pistes & vous avez accès directement a partir de l'hôtel. Je recommande grandement de loger ici pendant votre passage à tremblant.View more

Un vrai hôtel 5 étoiles !!! Tout d'abbort ce fut un honneur pour nous d'avoir assisté à l'ouverture de la nouvelle section OR de l'hôtel Fairmount Mont-Tremblant. Les installations étaient incroyables ! C'était comme un hôtel dans un hôtel. Nous avons été rapidement impressionnés dès notre arrivée ! Nous avons été accueillis directement au 7e étage, dans la toute nouvelle section OR, par une préposée qui nous a expliquée en détail les installations ainsi que les restaurants car ma conjointe souffre d'une grave allergie au gluten en raison de sa maladie coeliaque. Cela nous a grandement rassurés ! Le directeur de la section OR est également très impressionnant. Il ne laisse rien au hasard &, comme toute son équipe, il veille à ce que nous manquions de rien. Son expérience mondiale se fait clairement ressentir ! JE TIENS À INSISTER EN ÉCRIVANT EN CARACTÈRES GRAS QUE NOUS AVONS SÉJOURNÉ DANS DE NOMBREUX HÔTELS À TRAVERS LE MONDE, CERTAINS ÉTANT MÊME CLASSÉS 5 ETOILES, & C'EST LA PREMIÈRE FOIS QUE MA CONJOINTE RENTRE D'UN VOYAGE SANS AUCUN SYMPTÔME LIÉ À SON ALLERGIE ! Tout cela est grâce à l'équipe extraordinaire de la nouvelle section OR qui a pris soin d'elle lors du buffet du petit-déjeuner & s'est également assurée que chaque restaurant prenne des précautions. Beautiful location right opens into the village. Parking is additional charge. Heated outdoor pool & jacuzzi in snow was great experience. They had toddler life jackets n lifeguards. Cute playroom for adults n kids. annoying part was additional 20 cad charge for wifi which should be free for guestsView more
I am generally not one to complain but I must say I was disappointed with our recent experience here, especially considering the cost per evening. There was no room service menu available & when I called the desk for a menu I was told that one would be sent right away. It never arrived. The room only provided for 2 robs, despite the fact that we booked a family room for 4 persons, which included 2 children. The toilet was not cleaned properly. Im disgusted to say that there was an old blood streak down the outside area of the toilet bowl. Despite the fact that the room was cleaned the following morning we were there, the blood was still on the toilet & had still not been cleaned off.View more
