very authentic pizza making from Napoli. Awesome dough, very good pizza. Love it!!!
finally went to try the pizza everyone is raving about. one word to describe the pizza. fantastic. the crust is so light and toppings are generous. you can tell they use the freshest ingredients. i took home a nutella stuffed donut. nothing is better than a homemade italian style donut. I will go back often.
Quel belle découverte, le service très courtois et rapide..les pizzas sont excellentes, c'est un ptit bistro italien très bien décoré...je vais sans doute y retourner et je le recommande sans hésiter..

Fernando perfected his trade at the ''Accademia Pizzaioli'' in Italy, where making pizza is an art. He has brought that experience and artistic touch to Montreal. He uses quality ingredients from Italy including the best flour. And, he makes the dough rise 72 hours which makes it extremely light and digestive. There are other secrets behind these 20+ great pizzas on the menu which are Fernando's special oils and his special touch. This sets Taglio di Roma apart from the rest.
