Lucky find for us. Will go back next time we go to Montreal.Voir plus
DECOR :The place is really nice with the right touch of class without going to much. SERVICE: we we're welcomed by a ( not our ) waiter who knew if our reservation ! 10/10 The manager slipped a "Buena Sera " 10/10 We had bread , olive oil , water & the drinks menu on the table before our bodies warmed up from the outside cold 10/10 The waiter was very relaxed & used the surrounding tables's orders to explain the menu, everything he recommended was very good. FOOD: the food took no time at all to arrive first there was : burata & fried calamari then the veal ragu pasta & the linguine di mare both were great choices. AMBIANCE: its cozy , its relaxed while keeping a very "dress up & show up vibe" Unfortunately & not its a small spot so the flow of conversations mixes up all neighboring tables but it is an amazing spot for a third date i would say. Definitely would go back as their menu was written on a chalk board on the wall wich gives me " we change our menu with the season" vibes.
Tucked away on a side street in Little Italy, Lucca is easily the best Italian restaurant in Montreal! Lovely atmosphere, great service & the food is divine. Try the fillet mignon pasta!Voir plus

Une soirée parfaite, des cocktails pour débuter jusqu'à la Grappa pour terminer! Le souper fut exceptionnel & les conseils de notre serveur, juste parfaits, surtout pour le vin & la délicieuse gelato à la pistache! Merci!Voir plus
Magnifique restaurant , bon service, cuisine exquise. Probablement dans le top 3 du meilleur plat de pâtes que j'ai manger dans ma vie 10/10 , je recommande !Voir plus
Excellent food, friendly service, great menu choices. We started with fried calamari & grilled octopus. It was fresh & delicious. As for the main course I had the filet mignon it was amazing & my better half had the gnocchi, he loved it, it's handmade by their chef! I recommend this place.Voir plus

Food & service were amazing, 5 ⭐️! I highly recommend the veal chop 💯. We got Buratta & Calamari for appetizers, which were both so good. The only issue is there are too many people in a small area, & the noise level is too high.Voir plus
Lucca's atmosphere is wonderful : the music fades into the background, leaving patrons with an energetic ambience of voices chattering & cutlery clattering: everyone seems to be having a good time. Its wait staff is friendly & competent. They will introduce you to the menu perfectly, & answer any questions you may have. Unfortunately, while Lucca's dishes are certainly good (particularly the buffala-tomato antipasti, & their tiramisu), their price point is simply too high relative to *how* good they are. I ordered their specialty, the linguine al fruti di mare, & while it was certainly good, it wasn't 42-dollars-plus-tax good. Add to that a somewhat slow service, & Lucca is a place where I would certainly say I had a good time, but likely won't be returning to.Voir plus
A magical moment for my date & me last night. We enjoyed the veal, gnocchi, & chocolate fondant, all of which were delicious & delicately prepared, providing a comforting experience. The key to our enjoyment was the variety that encourages us to return & try other dishes. The staff took excellent care of us, being extremely friendly & caring, making us feel at home. Tony, an excellent host, demonstrated passion & pride in the restaurant's offerings. He provided honest insights into dish sizes & offered great recommendations. Thank you again for the amazing night; we look forward to returning!Voir plus
