Ordered Chicken Fried Rice, Pineapple Chicken & beef fried Noodles, we received the Fried rice but we got general Tao chicken & the fried noodles were not only non existing but the whole dish smelled of fish.
I called the restaurant to complain the woman on the phone was rude & dismissive, I tried to explain my complaints but she did not want to know as you can imagine supper was not very good & I will not be ordering from here again
Great food, decent price, the only usual problem is the service. Delivery driver giving us sh*t for not answering the door on his first "knock", however he was thudding the door, not actually knocking so it was impossible to hear until he started smashing on the door. Passive aggressiveness is common at this place, but the food is worth it (sometimes).

Après avoir téléphoné pour une livraison, on me mentionne que l,attente sera de 45 min... Long mais j'accepte
Au bout de 45 min, je reçois un appel qui me mentionne que ma situation géographique ne rentre pas dans la zone géographique de livraison! Comme si ils n'auraient pas pu me le dire lors du premier appel!
Je propose de marcher 15 min pour rentrer dans cette fameuse zone géographique & même si le plat est prêt & chaud, la personne refuse & me raccroche au nez!
Awful!! I have been disappointed few times by this place. Their service isn't better. I called to let them know they forgot part of my order & the food was disgusting, they pretty much told me to deal with it.
Never again.
The food was terrible. The service is even worst. The employees dont know what customer service is...
They should teach their employees about the importance of treating customers. I will never visit this place again.
A fellow grosse bedaine & I order delivery for 2 approx 1-2 per month. If you can spend 40$ tax in between two adults & not have leftovers seek help!
The woman who usually takes the orders when you call directly & not through "just eat" is efficient but friendly. (Have a good idea of what you would like to order before you call)
They will allow you to substitute most items on the combo menus for for a nominal charge (usually 2-3$)No half orders!
Delivery times are usually very quick.(30 mins Max)
The quality is amazing!! no chewy beef or general tao fatballs that I've had delivered from reputable establishments that charge twice as much.
They have yet to mess up an order or forget anything in what I would estimate to be at least 25-30 orders placed.
Absolutely no complaints.
My favorite Chinese resto! Food is great, portions are HUGE & price are very inexpensive. The service is good & the waiters are always very friendly. Another plus is that it is "Bring your own wine".
I go there once or twice a month & have tried many items off the menu & have not ever been disappointed. Try it, you'll love it.

The waitress is so cute too. She made me feel important.

Unfortunately, the very good yet inexpensive food is overshadowed by the extremely poor service of the service staff at this local eatery.
One such customer service faux-pas came from the order taker (who makes the Seinfeld "soup man" seem like Mother Theresa) on delivery requests. Consider the restaurant only posts half the menu in the local delivery menu booklet (the one you get in the mail); the dish I wanted to order was not included in the menu .
When I asked her to list the various fried rice dishes, I was promptly told if I didn't have a dish name or dish number she wouldn't take my order. She (the order taker) did not want to read a few dish names to help a regular customer as requested...honestly, the list of fried rice dishes is not that lengthy.
A disappointment, because instead of helping a customer, I was berated for asking her to read a few items out & was told she needed to 'train' me how to order since I was wasting her time & that I should understand how to order according to her system. (...excuse me? I do not believe she understands the concept of how she earns a living!!)
Shameful & questionable customer service skills is this restaurant's shortcoming. Changes in frontline personnel need to be made in before I order delivery again.

Ce resto est définitivement mon favori à Montréal côté bouffe chinoise! Les serveurs & serveuses sont courtois, très drôles & appliqués, on ne manque jamais de rien.
La bouffe est exceptionnelle! C'est vraiment la place à aller! De plus, il y a un 10% de rabais sur le take out.
Honnêtement, il y a beaucoup de choix, beaucoup de combo, très alléchant!
Le dernier coup, le cook nous a amené sa spécialité exclusive vu que moi & mon cousin nous y sommes toujours! C'est tellement la meilleure chose que j'ai mangé au monde!
Allez-y souvent vous ne le regretterez pas!
Discovered this little gem while driving by (north side of Cote St-Luc, next to the chicken place). We've been going about twice a month for the past year or so & have never been disappointed. The Hot & Sour soup, the peanut butter dumplings, the chicken with black pepper & crispy spinach are all delicious. I could list many more dishes that are all perfect... Served hot & with a friendly smile. The dining room is very clean & well appointed. Not yet crowded, but the take-out services is very busy. The prices are fabulous & include tax... & you can BRING YOUR WINE. :-)
