Brit &Chips est un incontournable pour nous ... Crevettes, Morue, aiglefin, frites maison...très bien comme endroit!View more
We came here after the eclipse. Quaint space, good food.View more
I haven't had great fish & chips that was even close to as good as I had here today in many years . Two big pieces of cod in an excellent batter with a ton of great fries that I was not able to finish to my great regret. I will definitely be back again!View more
Repas du vendredi saint... endroit déjà rempli à 17h30 une seule table de 4 dans cet endroit... Mais rien ne nous arrête! On prend le repas sur la terrasse malgré le vent frisquet! Super service & repas délicieux!View more
An uninpressionable rating of 1/5 portion & taste on the take out we had in comparison to the one we had dining in. Particularly there was an extremely big difference in portion of the fish which we were very disappointed of. Is the take out quantity different from the in restaurant quantity? & being the same price & item on the menu, why is this the case? The in restaurant experience & especially the portion of fish was conpletelt different 5/5 : Been a while since ive been here, Worth the long wait in line, & several other customers had said so before our turn too. Perfectly crispy & seasoned on the outside & the batter is not thick. Cooked to perfection. Good amount of fish on the inside. For the price this is quality! Service was also just as satisfying My mom is a fish & chip snob, she loves fish & chips but is hard to please. She said it was a terrific experience!View more
Great little place, & the food was incredible. We tried the scotch eggs, salmon & chips, kebabs, & the maple battered haddock.. WOW. Highly recommend!View more
Maybe good for some, but the batter was very thick (much thicker than a pogo) & soggy, with a maple syrup note that I personally was a fan of, but my partner was not. The fries were soft & they too had a sweet note which ultimately combined with the batter was too much sugar taste in a main course. The tartare sauce was very nice. We both had the haddock & fries & wished there was some contrast between all the mushy textures.View more
Jsus dessus du contenu de l'assiette quelques frite, deux petites morceau de fish n chips de Maximum 2 po 1/2 pour $30 avec la canette de cokeView more
Just the perfectly fried fish n' chips you'd expect. Super texture to the cod & a nutty, crisp texture for the batter. Generous helping of fries. Cherry ale to wash down. Buzzer for order, bus your tray. Youthful staff & diverse patrons. Grateful for the choice among the elegant "high-rise" restaurants around it on McGill.View more
Sadly, not a taste of home. For some reason the fish batter tastes off (burnt oil) & the chips were more like fries & somehow raw.View more
It has changed since I went 5 years ago. I feel the fries are a little more basic than before, but the fish was still nice & crispy.View more
