PRIX UN PEU ÉLEVÉ. BEAUCOUP DE CHOIX. Nous y sommes allés à quelques reprises. Hier, à la fin du repas, le patron nous a dit que la dernière fois la serveuse sait tromper dans la facture & qu'il avait enlevé $30 de sa paye. Je lui ai dit que c'était illégal & qu'il était de sa responsabilité d'assumer l'erreur. Il m'a présenté la serveuse & m'a demandé de lui donner l'argent directement à elle. Nous étions 4, le repas a couté $190 (sans vins, café & dessert). Au total, nous avons donné un pourboire de $60 (30+30).Voir plus

We had a variety of different sushis & the price was very good. We were actually very surprised that it wasn't considerably more expensive. However, the sushi was not as good as some of the other places that we go to regularly (although they are more expensive). They also give very little soy sauce & we ran out well before we finished our sushi. For the price it is a good option but not one of the better sushi places I've had.Voir plus
Probablement un des meilleur restaurant de sushi à Montréal, assurément le meilleur apportez votre vin! Profitez de votre visite pour demander au serveur de vous suggérer certains plats qui ne se trouvent pas sur le menu... vous ne serez pas déçus!

We were 4 single ladies celebrating friendship on Valentine's day. Decor was nice, our table had a window view & was quite private, food & service was good, but nothing extraordinary. The only comment I have to make is that every lady that left the restaurant tonight in a couple, was handed a single red rose. No one at our table received anything. It would have been a nice gesture, given the girls in couples were likely being treated for dinner by their men. Not sure why they didn't try to make us feel special as well. Given the 'different' treatment we received, I'm giving low score on service. I think it's only right to expect fair & same treatment for all customers, but clearly we had been singled out.
5 Saisons was recently reopened after a major fire. The restaurant is in shipshape & has the perfect decor for a casual Japanese restaurant.
We were greeted & seated by the owner, who also took care of our wine. The menu features a long selection of sushis, along with a useful list of "Chef's selections" combos for those not inclined to pick themselves. There are also soups, salads & Teriyaki dishes for the non-sushi eater.
Service is fast & efficient, but could be a bit friendlier. Also, large & boisterous groups made conversation difficult at times. We went on a busy Friday night, so I will cut the restaurant some slack. The place is also BYOW & they have wine buckets for white wine - a nice touch.
We will definitely be going back, but perhaps on a quieter evening.
Nous avons bien apprécié les sushis spécialités qui, d'ailleurs, s'avéraient plutôt raisonnables côté prix. Le décor est bien, l'endroit appararaît propre & bien tenu. Le service était ok. N'oubliez pas d'apportez votre vin!
Bel emplacement pour des soupers de groupes. Variété de sushis pour tous les portefeuilles. C'est l'endroit idéal pour commander des spécialités du chef car les prix sont très abordables & les portions sont parfaites pour pouvoir avoir plusieurs choix à la fois. Le fait que ce soit un apportez-votre-vin est un +. Le décor est très beau. Côté service, par contre, c'est à améliorer. De plus, le fait que la porte d'entrée ouvre directement dans le resto fait en sorte qu'il y ait un peu trop de courant d'air, dépendamment d'où vous êtes assis. Sinon, c'est un resto à recommander pour les soupers de groupes pour pas cher.
unfortunately i did not have the pleasure of eating sushi, but from what i saw the looked yummy. i had the chicken teriyaki & it was good. service is extreemly polite & curteous. prices are good & its a byow, which makes it even better. cant wait to try the sushi... & they deliver... another plus.
We've eaten in & done take out & have been happy. The beef carpaccio is good, as well as the sashimi platter. We've had these two as dinner & were satisfied.
Takeout orders were also good, they always threw in a freebie. This was often something non-traditional, like a fried maki or futomaki roll in some pastel-colored crepe. Not what we would order but a nice plus.
BYOB makes this a very affordable sushi place.
One odd thing: at times the tap water tasted of bleach. But they brought us an ice bucket for our chardonnay.
The waiter was friendly & happy to accommodate a member of our group who has a gluten allergy.

The only thing better than the excellent food, great prices, & lovely decor, was the wonderful service! On top of all that, it's a bring your own wine, so what more could you possibly ask for??? This is a restaurant I will definitely be checking out a few more times in the future :)
