About

3 Brasseurs operates as a renowned microbrewery and pub-style establishment recognized for its signature Alsatian-inspired menu and commitment to onsite brewing. Patrons access a robust selection of classic comfort dishes, including traditional flammekueches, hearty poutines, and various artisanal burgers crafted to pair specifically with freshly brewed house beers. The environment functions as an industrial-chic social space characterized by large communal tables and visible brewing equipment that emphasizes the craft beer production process. Beyond specialized malt beverages, the kitchen executes a diverse range of pub fare, fresh salads, and shareable appetizers designed for groups. This consistent approach ensures that every menu item complements the distinct profiles of the house ales and lagers served directly from the tap. Each plate reflects a functional focus on traditional recipes adapted for a modern, high-energy environment.

Review Summary

3 Brasseurs is widely recognized as a popular spot for social gatherings, sports viewing, and enjoying house-brewed beers, often praised for its friendly and attentive service staff. While many patrons appreciate the lively atmosphere, diverse menu, and quality of the craft beer, experiences can be inconsistent regarding food freshness, restaurant cleanliness, and occasional pacing issues during busy periods. Most guests value the welcoming environment for groups and families, although some diners have expressed frustration over service delays, restrictive reservation policies, or varying standards in dish preparation.

I find this 3 brasseurs not very good. It feels very cold, not cozy. Even on a Saturday night, it just seemed sad. The atmosphere makes you want to get in & get out. The food was also very bad, super dry burger & subpar fries. Even the flat bread pizza was cold, & lacking in flavor. I prefer the downtown location over this one.

Very disappointing tonight. Maybe because of March break...
Sliders buns blackened hard to believe the kitchen served it, had to ask for extra bun top
Cleopatra salad very soggy & salty was not eaten.
We've been there many times always good service & tasty food!
Unfortunately tonight was a hit & miss overall!

Like other L3B restaurants, staffs & foods are good. Plenty espace even on Saturday night (better to reserve for big groups). Just Nachos were a little overcooked.

This brewpub offers house-made beers brewed on-site & classic pub fare with an Alsatian touch, such as flammekueches, sauerkraut, & Toulouse sausage. The lunch menu offers the best value for money.

We visited Trois Brasseurs on Valentine's Day with a group of 10 people. We made a reservation about a week in advance, & everything was well organized.

We really liked the interior - simple, industrial, & spacious. The large screens create a great atmosphere; it's a perfect place to come watch hockey or other sporting events. At the same time, there is a separate dining area with tables for a more private & relaxed setting, which is a big plus.

The service & food were very good - everything was tasty. A special mention goes to the beer: it's genuinely good, with a nice selection to choose from.

One small suggestion: for groups of 10 or more, it might be better to arrange a more compact seating option, perhaps closer to the windows. When the table is very long, it becomes difficult to have conversations with everyone, as discussions tend to get split across the table.

Parking was a bit challenging at first since the area has many restaurants & most spots were taken. We were worried we wouldn't find a place, but in the end, we managed to park behind the restaurant.

Overall, it's a great place for meeting with a larger group.
