About

3 Brasseurs operates as a high-volume microbrewery and bistro focused on traditional Alsatian culinary influences paired with artisanal beers crafted directly on the premises. The signature menu prominently features flammekueche, a thin-crust flatbread topped with various savory ingredients, alongside oversized platters of hearty choucroute and classic burgers. Patrons encounter an industrial aesthetic defined by visible stainless steel brewing tanks and communal seating arrangements that facilitate a lively social atmosphere. The beverage program centers on unfiltered, unpasteurized ales brewed according to historical techniques to ensure maximum freshness. Beyond the beer-centric focus, the kitchen prepares a selection of crisp, composed salads and comfort-focused pub fare designed for shared consumption. This establishment maintains a functional, consistent environment where the brewing process remains central to the visual experience and the overall flavor profiles offered.

Review Summary

3 Brasseurs is widely appreciated for its welcoming atmosphere, house-brewed beers, and its status as a great venue for watching sports, particularly hockey. Many guests highlight the friendly and attentive service provided by the staff, who often go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. While food quality and service consistency can vary, particularly for larger groups or during peak times, the menu generally offers satisfying classic pub fare with generous portions. Overall, the establishment is frequently recommended as a pleasant, social environment suitable for both family outings and gatherings with friends.

Came for dinner on a Friday around 6pm - it was of course fairly busy. Was asked to sit at the bar as I was dining alone; not a problem.

However: the bar service was *horrendous*. I have no idea if there was only one server, or if there were four & three just are too scared to talk to customers. The vast majority of the time most of them were just moving around glassware. The main woman who did eventually (after 20 minutes waiting) say hello, & take my order, had no charisma or interest in serving me as a customer. None of the other staff behind the bar would even make eye contact. It took 10 more minutes to get a Diet Coke. No refills were offered on my drink at any point. After I had finished eating, I sat there with plates cleared trying to wave at someone for my check - again, waited waited waited. 15 more minutes went by & I finally took out my wallet to make it more obvious; had to wait another 10 to finally make contact & pay.

All this is even more disappointing because the food quality was quite decent! I could have easily had a glass of wine or two as well, but when you can't get anyone's attention to take your order… lost business.

I don't understand how this place is getting higher reviews. Third attemp at this place & first tome reviewing...pub food at best & basic/generic at best. Prices are really high for the quality of food. Go someplace else to be honest.

I went with my beautiful wife for lunch time & it was great. The terrace gives a nice vibe, food was good & they accept dogs on the terrace. That's really great because not much places accept animals & that for me is a big plus.

My wife took the smash burger & you can't go wrong with it. It was awesome! I recommend big time, specially if you're a burger lover. I took the porc burger with the recommend beer, seriously take the recommend drink with your choice of food cuz it was a great combination.

Keep up the good work & see you soon! ✌?😎
