I'm honestly shocked by how bad the service was. Mila (Yamila), our server, made the entire experience frustrating & uncomfortable. I don't know if she's new or just not suited for this job, but she was inattentive, cold, & seemed completely uninterested in being there.
We ordered three drinks - she brought them just as the food was arriving, not even remotely close to when we asked for them. The food itself was amazing (kudos to the kitchen - which she clearly isn't part of), but her service? A disaster.
At one point we considered ordering chips, & in that one rare moment she did have the decency to warn us they'd be an extra $5 - so, thanks for that, I guess?
She never offered us water. Not once. Never checked in on us during the meal. & it's not like the place was packed - it wasn't. Then, before my boyfriend could even finish eating, she tried to take his plate away. No question, no'are you done?', just reaching for it. Moments later, even though we hadn't asked for the check & were still clearly mid-meal (we were going to order dessert!), she drops the bill along with the payment terminal like she couldn't wait for us to leave.
The tip she received reflected her effort: almost nothing. Because you earn tips - & she absolutely did not earn one.
It's such a shame, because the food was honestly delicious. But the terrible service ruined what could've been a great experience.

Nous avons un excellent service chez 3 Amigos! Le Fajitas était impeccable. L'accueil était chaleureux & notre serveur Simon était incroyable. Il s'est assuré que nous manquions de rien lors du souper. Je recommande fortement ce restaurant pour leurs mets mexicains. Merci Simon!
Over all not too bad. I'll be back but, took so long to get a drink/refill. The food was decent, had much better had much worse. Asked for the check & saw the server run past me a few times before finally getting the check. I'll give them a chance next time I'm here.

Ambiance, service extra par Alam & nourriture absolument délicieuse (fajitas boeuf & poulet & tacos aux crevettes) sans oublier leur incroyable salsa maison servie comme entrée sans frais.
Bruyant. On a spécifié qu'on était pressés pcq concert. Le service à été rapide à partir de ce moment. Excellents cocktails & plats. Par contre, on s'est assises au bar pour activer le processus & honnêtement le comptoir était sale & collant ! On a vu qu'entre les clients (2x), personnes ne le nettoyait & on ne donne pas de napperons papiers. Ça aiderait certainement à ce niveau. Je mettrais l'accent sur ce point.
