Nous sommes allés chez 3 Amigos il y a environ deux semaines, en après-midi (vers 14h-15h). Nous avons pris chacun un plat de fajitas. J'ai choisi le trio (crevettes, poulet & boeuf) & mon mari a pris poulet & boeuf. La nourriture était vraiment excellente, savoureuse & bien préparée. Les boissons, Pina Colada & Margarita, étaient aussi délicieuses, nous ne sommes jamais déçus par leurs cocktails.
L'ambiance était correcte & les lieux, incluant les toilettes, étaient propres. Là où l'expérience a été moins agréable, c'est au niveau du service. Le restaurant comptait peut-être 10 clients & il y avait plusieurs serveurs, mais le service a été extrêmement lent. Notre serveuse semblait un peu perdue & très peu présente. Nous avons dû demander trois fois de l'eau, & c'est finalement un de ses collègues qui nous a servis à plusieurs reprises (eau, plats, suivis). Malheureusement, il n'y a eu aucun échange ou sourire de la part de notre serveuse. Pas de « Est-ce que tout est beau ? » ou « Avez-vous besoin de quelque chose d'autre ? », ce qui enlève un peu au plaisir du repas. Même la facture a pris près de 15 minutes avant d'arriver suite à notre demande.
Nous sommes des clients compréhensifs & de bonne humeur, & nous savons que tout le monde peut avoir une mauvaise journée, alors nous avons tout de même laissé un pourboire de 20%. Mais c'est dommage que la communication ait été si difficile avec notre serveuse.
J'ai aussi remarqué un homme (probablement le gérant) qui reprenait sans cesse ses employés : « T'as oublié ça, a qui est cette table… » Le ton était fort & très négatif, ce qui n'aide probablement pas l'équipe à donner son meilleur service.
Bref, malgré tout, la nourriture & les boissons étaient parfaites, mais le service reste à améliorer.
Alam le gérant nous a servi toute la soirée & son service est impeccable!! Service rapide, retours réguliers & vraiment sympathique. J'ai beaucoup travaillé en service & je n'ai rien à dire autre que merci!!
Had a last-minute reunion with a friend & decided on 3 Amigos Laval...From the moment manager Milton led us to our table, greeted us in a rather friendly & professional manner, then went on to actually wait on us too, we were impressed by his diligence, personable nature, & attempts to ensure we were satisfied with our order choices. Even though it was a Tuesday evening & not very busy, I watched him scurry around to make sure even other guests were well-served. We commended him on his efforts to ensure he cared about our experience there.
The cocktails & main courses (Mexican Flag, seafood burrito) were excellent.

Alam gave us one of the best dining experiences we've had. He was friendly & attentive to all of us! Alam truly made our night special. We'll definitely be back & asking for him!
The food was fresh & tasted very good, but the service could be better. The sour cream that came with my dish seemed melted & wasn't pleasant in taste, & although I mentioned it, no one followed up until I asked another staff member. My meal was also served without cutlery, & after waiting a few minutes, I had to get it myself from a nearby trolley. Overall, the food was enjoyable, but the service needs improvement.
used to really enjoy Three Amigos in Laval. For a long time, I felt the price-to-quality ratio was great, affordable food for what you got.
However, my most recent visit with co-workers was really disappointing, mainly because of the service. The server himself was nice, but the experience was kind of catastrophic. It took a long time just to place our drink orders, then even longer for the drinks to actually arrive. The same thing happened with the food, & when it came time to get the bill, we waited forever. I work in the restaurant industry, so I tend to be very patient & understanding, but this was excessive. It was a Thursday, so I'm not sure if they were understaffed, but the delays really turned us off.
The food itself was okay ,it was tasty enough. But I ordered a tres leches cake to-go, something I've had here before, & it tasted completely off this time. Honestly, it tasted fermented & just weird.
Overall, this place has definitely downgraded. It's a shame, because I always thought it had a lot of potential. Unfortunately, it feels like they're just not taking care of it anymore.
La bouffe est bonne. Le service est bof. Mais le chanteur du samedi (ou son système de son je sais pas) va te faire exploser les oreilles. C'est full désagréable. Après 2 fois avec la même mauvaise expérience je n'y retournerai pas.
