Horrible la persona del bar como tiraba las cosas creo que tenía un mal día y el mesero estaba todo apurado que uno ordenara horrible vine el día de mi cumpleanos y fue horrible además de caro pensé que me iban atender personas que hablan espanol pero nada no sé ni siquiera la nacionalidad el servicio fue horrible, no vuelvo más como si me regalaran la comida que se creen cierren el restaurante si no quieren atender a las personas ta caro que uno paga no lo recomiendo, nada de mexicano tenía…..
Les enfants ont adoré leur soirée. Que ce soit les mocktails immenses ou les chips & salsa pour patienter, c'est le service attentionné, plein de bienveillance de notre serveur Alam qui restera en mémoire. Au-delà de la nourriture, l'expérience est intimement lié à la qualité du service, mais aussi l'intérêt sincère que les serveurs portent à leur clientèle.
Soirée très décevante au 3 Amigos de Laval. Bien que la nourriture était bonne & le service rapide grâce à notre serveuse, je dénonce la publicité trompeuse liée à leur club anniversaire. Nous y sommes venus spécifiquement après avoir vu cela chez d'autres clients lors de visites précédentes. Le courriel reçu indiquait clairement : « Pour l'occasion, les Restaurants 3 Amigos vous offrent un sombrero, un morceau de gâteau & une carte-cadeau de 12 $*. (Limite de 1 coupon par personne. Valable pour toute commande minimale de 25 $. Ne peut être combiné à aucune autre offre promotionnelle. Non modifiable, non échangeable. Disponible uniquement en restaurant.) » J'ai reçu une pointe de gâteau mousse au chocolat, mais la serveuse m'a informé qu'ils ne distribuent plus de sombrero (ce que je peux comprendre). Cependant, ce qui m'a profondément déçu, c'est le refus de m'accorder le rabais de 12 $ le 25 octobre. Ce n'est pas tant le montant qui me chagrine, mais le principe : une publicité promettant X, Y & Z pour attirer les clients à l'occasion d'un anniversaire, sans respecter ses engagements. La serveuse a été catégorique, affirmant qu'elle ne pouvait rien faire. Je mets donc en garde ceux qui recevraient cette offre : ne vous laissez pas convaincre par ces promesses non tenues. Très, très déçu.

We just returned from Laval 3 amigos restaurant. It is Saturday. The ambience was beautiful. It is a bit loud but so alive & there was a Mariachi singing beautiful songs. We are very impressed. First time there & we will definitely be back soon. The food was fresh, so tasty. We had an entrée of calamares, nicely spiced, very good. I had the tacos with beef, Mexican rice & salad, & my husband had the shrimps in Sauce with white rice & veggies. I had a Pink mojito & he had a banana daiquiri. Also the drinks were excellent, better than in any bar. We had churros with chocolate for dessert & the churros were so yummy, so freshly fried. The service was outstanding, fast & our waitress was very peppy & always checking if we needed something. All the waiters & waitresses are very young & very professional, & hard working. There is plenty of parking even for a Saturday. I highly recommend this place.
Service was good, was seated & served right away. Not one person was able to speak Spanish in a Mexican restaurant? The food had good presentation, but the enchiladas were so salty that I could barely eat it. The salted rim on the margarita was a close second. Wilted lettuce, dry rice & dehydrated refried beans...
The free stale chips out of a bag & canned salsa were the highlight. I make better Mexican at home than 3 Amigos

Cuisine tex-mex sans prétention. Pour le prix, c'est très bien. Service courtois & rapide, mets gouteux & bien chaud. Portion généreuse. Ambiance sympathique.
3 Amigos is a family staple for fun dining - especially when it comes to birthday celebrations. There's no other place to make you feel like a star the way 3 Amigos does: the sombrero, the music, the bell & the whole staff crew singing & clapping, I LOVE IT !!! I've been to several 3 Amigos destinations, but this one has shows on weekends. The Saturday singer is absolutely phenomenal. What incredible voice...& passion...!!! I'm so greatful to have witnessed his singing talent. All 3 Amigos experiences are a pleasure, but I'll especially never forget last Saturday's because of the singer! The staff members there are always happy & smiley, even during peak business. When you go, don't go rushed, go there to enjoy the music, the vibes, the food, etc. because you will be waiting for service & order, but you'll be the distracted by the ambiance.
