It's one of the most happening places for mexican dining. Obviously downtown St-Denis is more lively. But various menu choices from tacos, burritos, enchillads, even savory salads for lighter or vegetarian meals. There are sports events on screens to keep entertained. Best of all, free nachos & house maid salsa while you wait for your meal. Awesome place!!! It is the place to go so expect lineups & slow service. Recommend 100% even if you wait you will appreciate the good food.
As always the food was very good & our waiter was great.
Issues come up with kitchen organization. The Expo doesn't do a great job. At our table, 4 out of 6 people got their meals at one time & only about 10-15 minutes later did the two others get their meals.
The music was just a tad too loud to be able to converse with others at the table. You love the music & the atmosphere but it was just a little over the usual volume.
Still very much recommend 3 Amigos, just the kitchen may want an Expo that really knows when to drop the meals at the same table.
We arrived for a reservation a little late, however, were escorted to our table. The food & service were absolutely fabulous & if I had to recommend anything, it would be to turn down the music.
C'est un très bon restaurant mexicain & dès qu'on rentre nous sentons tout de suite l'ambiance chaleureuse du restaurant!!! La nourriture est super bonne & les prix sont correct. Petit bémol, je trouve un peu cher le prix des drink. Je vous recommande d'y aller & vous ne serez pas décue.
Service vraiment courtois! Ambiance festive!

Excellent bouffe mais malheureusement service pitoyable. Attendre 20 min pour se faire offrir une consommation. Un autre 20 pour la recevoir ! 35 min pour payer....
J adore le concept & la nourriture mais le service est tellement faible que je ne recommande pas ce resto.
Si vous ne connaissez pas du tout la cuisine mexicaine & que vos standards culinaires sont extrêmement bas, vous apprécierez peut-être ce que Tres Amigos vous servira après 2 minutes au micro-ondes, une attente considérable & quelques erreurs dans votre commande. Autrement, je recommande d'éviter cette mauvaise caricature du Mexique & ses étranges serveurs en comblant vos envies de Mexicain par un bon kit de tacos Old El Paso acheté à l'épicerie. Seul point positif: les prix sont à la hauteur de la qualité du produit - très faibles.
