From April 29th to May 8th, close to 100 restaurateurs in Québec will be participating in the 2nd edition of the Grilled Cheese Festival ! During these 10 days restaurateurs and foodies will get together to create and experiment new creative recipes for the Grilled Cheese.

Try the « Fondant Mexique » (MLT DWN), « grilled cheese CHEESEBURGER » (Le Gras Dur), grilled Cheese with pulled pork and 2 cheeses (Tomate Basilic), grilled Cheese à la Montréal smoked meat and cheddar cheese (Bistro Laurentien La Coupole), « Banh Mi Grilled Cheese » (La Bêtise), Conté 3 years, abricot and walnuts (Thursday's), Oka, smoked meat, smoked cheddar and échalotes marinated in beer (Pub BreWskey), Grilled Cheese breaded à la Guinness (Le Sieur d'Iberville) and a Vegan grilled cheese with spicy sausage (Le Webster Café Culinaire) it will be great discoveries with friends!
