Each fall, a "banquet" menu is concocted from seasonal regional products. Thanks to this feast, the students experience a first major event.
During this unmissable evening, you will live a culinary experience in 8 courses with "food and wine" pairings. This event is carried out in collaboration with different chefs from the region.
The biggest event on the calendar takes place in May of each school year. The buffet service includes several varieties of hot, cold and side dishes in addition to a bar service available. During this great evening, raffles are made among the people present.
