Since Friday, July 2nd, 2021 the Time Out Market has opened its doors again!
Located in the heart of the Eaton Centre, this 40,000 square foot space will feature 11 restaurants, 3 bars and a demonstration kitchen. It will feature many local chefs, artists and mixologists who represent the essence of Montreal's cultural diversity.

Chef Hideyuki Imaizumi serves traditional Japanese recipes like ramen and donburi. Vegetarian options are available. We highly recommend you try the truffle oil egg onsen!
Enjoy Vietnamese street food with reinvented recipes like Tonkin soup (Pho), bánh mì, chicken wings, beef carpaccio or papaya salad. This is the perfect place to discover or rediscover the flavors of Southeast Asia!
Chef-owner of the Kamuy restaurant, come and discover Caribbean cuisine such as jerk chicken, pork griot, fish ceviche, whole grilled fish, sandwich of the day, Caribbean curry or plantain bananas!

This Portuguese rotisserie is owned by the Ferreira family, who is making its debut at the market. The chicken is marinated for over 24 hours in a piri-piri sauce and is sourced from local farms. Choose from grilled chicken, chicken sandwiches, poutine, appetizer plate, chouriço, or their famous natas.
Owned by Chef Langille, a famous globe-trotter, P'tit Dip allows you to enjoy dishes inspired by his travels with fusions as surprising as they are delicious!
