Open since 2018, Shawbridge describes its employees and founders as Good People. In fact, that's the spirit found in each of the beers, the station (restaurant) and the P'tit Magasin. The menu is entirely made of local products and they work with local artisans. The pizzas are baked in a real wood-fired oven, the pizza dough is made with Northern River Pale Ale and the tomato sauce is made from Italian tomatoes grown in their garden. The Shawbridge smoked meat is just as tempting with a bread from the Caveau de Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, homemade smoked meat, mustard with IPA 117 beer, served with homemade sauerkraut and pickles.
