People of Valleyfield, we strongly recommend that you stop by La Demande Générale, as much for the magical setting (in an old church) as for its good food! Everything is made by passionate people in a friendly atmosphere. The dishes are made from local and seasonal products and the cocktails are created by an experienced bartender. A Montreal bistro in the suburbs! Reservations are strongly recommended, as seats fill up quickly.
