This was a delivery. I asked for 2 quart poitrines, 1 quart cuisse and 1 quart cuisse gluten free. When the delivery arrived, everything was in the same box, no bread, no sauce. When I called to complain the manager of the restaurant said “I can’t give you a refund because we give the bread and the sauce for free”. What kind of answer is this from a manager?? I didn’t ask for a refund but it’s the second time this happens to me and on the bill it’s specified that there’s only one gluten free options and that the other ones should have sauce and bread. The manager told me she was the one to make my order but it wasn’t her fault. Nothing was her fault. Never said she was sorry for what had happened and it’s because it was busy. So much for service a la clientele She should not be called a manager. She had no professionalism and was not polite at all! You have definitely lost clients!
