We have enjoyed eating in Chinatown and generally know what to avoid. Ruby Rouge can be good but they have a bad habit of inconsistent service level. When we went for dim sum on November 18, 2007 it was a disaster. Ok, restaurants have problems. But when you combine poor attitude of the waitress and bad service to boot, then spill food on the guest, it's time for the restaurant to offer to pay the bill and do the dry cleaning. This restaurant's manager on duty did not even apologize when we brought the matter to their attention. "It was an accident" is just stupid. Skip the tip. Skip this restaurant. We cannot recommend this place ever again. To anyone.
