Never Again. Have dined at this restaurant occasionally during the summer months when the terrace is open. The food is average. Hadn't dined there recently so called in advance to find out the hours of their early bird special. I was told 3:00pm-5:00pm. Arrived at the restaurant at 3:53pm, was seated and noticed their usual early bird sheet insert was not in the menu. When I asked the waiter where it was, I was told the early bird special ended at 4:00pm even though was told differently when I called. Have been to many restaurants that offer early bird specials and all of them are up until 5:00pm. The waiter was nasty when I told him I had called first. He was unwilling to budge, although we were ready to order at 3:57pm. He was very unpleasant. I spoke to whom appeared to be the owner, explained that I called first and she denied that the young lady with whom I spoke would have told me 3:00-5:00pm. She became nasty, and not willing to accommodate a customer who drove half way across the city to dine there. We left and will never return to this restaurant. There are many good restaurants in Montreal, with similar menus to Jardin de Panos who know how to treat their customers.
