The prices are OK the food is fair BUT thats if you get your food. The service is bad. Waited 35 minutes for a second drink. Had to flag down somebody several times. To bad because the food is good enough to go back and try more but the service and the reservation system they have. JOKE!
My husband and I have started to go to this place a lot now and that is because the food is good and the waiter, Cris is great! No matter what day you go or how many people you are he always gives a great service and shows that you the client matters. So sick of these waiters that wanna make the quick buck now like at the places at the dix30. If you need anything and ask him he is back within seconds of asking. The service can not be better. Because of his service and the penne gigi we decided to do a family party not to long ago and it was great. Lots of the family came outside of Quebec for the weekend and said they will be back once they come back to Quebec. The parm is also a great dish and so is the seafood plates. Also pizza nights are so inexpensive. The pizzas are real good but Cris is not there on that night so you wont have the experince that the resto wants to give. Also at this place you get big portions which these days you dont find anywhere else in the Montreal area. Don't bother looking for bigger plates, you won't find it. The brossard location is the better location. This is the one in the hotel Quality Inn. Once there ask for cris and enjoy the italy experince.
