Fantastic experience. The food is good and I'm sure it would have tasted even better if I could have seen it. You have to rely on your sense of smell and taste, never mind the presentation since you cannot see ANYTHING. I had the beef tartar (great!) the challenge is to manage to find and put the meat on the toast! The duck (also great but since it was a surprise I didn't know what it was until I was told, that's funny since I would have recognized duck had I been able to see it. Desert was good. What really stands out is the service and the whole experience. It is true that people can get pretty loud, but I'm not sure if it is louder that a regular restaurant or if you just notice it more since all you can focus on is sound. I do recommend it to anyone who wants to see what its like be visually impaired for a couple of hours, you will also be flabbergasted by how well they serve your plates, wine and remember where everything is on your table. each waiter has several other table to serve and there are 2-3 waiters walking around quite fast and not bumping into each other.. all the while you are having difficulty finding remembering where you put your own fork! Enjoy.

I don't think there is anything I could add that hasn't already been written other than support the obvious. The best part about the experience are all the "surprise" amuse bouches. I spent all evening being marveled at the little attentions this restaurant gives you. Wine list is beyond expectations, service is good (host fantastic, sommelier great, waiter pleasant). Dining is an experience, I had the Sea bass, it was great however what made the evening exceptional was that every course was sublime! Worth your while, go and experience it at least once. If you go there and still think your favorite chain restaurant is a five then so be it, however i'm sure most who have never experienced this level of dining will discover the difference between a chef and a cook!

I've been there dozens of times, you go there for the tempura and the chef's specialty sushi, they are simply sublime! Try the "Besame mucho" or the "Aikawa tuna"! Yes those plates a little expensive but that's what differentiates this place from the others. A little too fusion for the authentic connaiseur but you will love it anyways. The restaurant is very nice, the ambiance always good. Service for the most part meets expectations. By far my favorite sushi place.
