This is a new resto in this location, decor is very nice and trendy. I ordered the Zibo salad and i thought it was excellent. Perfect combination and flavors were great. My friend had the pizza, it looked a little oily, but apparently the taste was good. Only downfall was that service was extremely slow, and the resto wasn't even full or that busy.
Very big portions, if you order from the table d'hote the prices are very reasonable. Service was friendly and attentive.
This resto is to be avoided! Awful service, actually no service. Food was whatever! Definately better restos in the area with asian food!
Went to this resto on a recommandation, and I was totally disappointed with the food. Harumaki and soft shell crab entrees tasted only of batter and oil! The chef's special were far from being special... Everything tasted the same and the dipping sauces for the maki sushis were all the same! In addition way over priced for what u get!
Eggs are eggs no matter where you go, but the service in this place was great! We were greeted by 4 waitresses, service was fast, coffee got filled at least 5 times. I was impressed on how good the service was!
Good place for a quick bite or for takeout, just don't expect anything fancy. Prices are cheap and quantities are big.
The food was very tasty and fresh. I am not crazy about the ambiance. Feels more like a reception hall than a restaurant. went back to this resto not too long ago, and i was disappointed. Food wasn't as tasty, it was cold, and service was not the greatest. Very choppy, quick, and a bit on the rude side.
Service was very attentive and friendly. Portions at Ottavio's are very generous. Nice ambiance, with a trndy new look. Great addition to Anjou/St Leonard area.
It is a quaint little spot. Would have enjoyed it more if it was a warm summer day on the terrasse. Not much choices for breakfast, other than croissant, danishes and muffins. The coffe was great and service was rapid. I would go back maybe for lunch but not for breakfast.
Great resto in the heart of RDP, small and quaint little resto. I've been twice, and both times the resto was a little empty, but i enjoyed the company i was with. Service was impecable, and surprisingly if there is something you feel like eating that is not on the menu, the chef is very flexible and can whip it up for you. A definate try for people living in RDP.
unfortunately i did not have the pleasure of eating sushi, but from what i saw the looked yummy. i had the chicken teriyaki and it was good. service is extreemly polite and curteous. prices are good and its a byow, which makes it even better. cant wait to try the sushi... and they deliver... another plus.
went there for the chicken and left slightly disappointed. i found that there was hardly any flavor. it was an ordinary chicken which i could have eaten anywhere. i wasnt impressed with the resto. prices on the other hand are great for the portions they serve.
had no reservations on a friday night because they dont take any. i was told to show for 9 and the wait would not be long. low and behold there was an hour wait for the dinning room seating. luckily the hostess on the lounge side put something together for us and we were served in 20 min. food was great, very flavorful and plentiful. service was also quick and courteous.
Not my ideal restaurant to meet with friends to catch up and have conversation, because it's very loud and rowdy, especially with the live music being played. If you order from the table d'hote, the prices are well worth it, or else a little pricey. Food itself was standard italian, nothing out of the ordinary.
Really not the place to start looking at decor and ambiance, because there is none. The food was fresh and tasty, and plentiful. Service was cold and a little slow in the beginning. I was very dissapointed to hear that they don't serve bottled water. Very weird if you ask me. Not my choice of restos for Chinatown. I've been to better.
Service was alright for a sunday morning, not entirely that busy either. Food was average, i've had better breakfast elsewhere. An alright choice for a last minute no fuss breakfast place.
Service was very courteous and polite. Sushi was average, some better than others. NDG and Anzie roll where great. Maki rolls are cut too big...they should consider making 5 pieces rather than 4 huge ones!
Food was great, very flavorful and big portions. Service was a little slow, on the upside it gave us ample time to digest in between. Definately a must try for people living in RDP.
Great ambiance, with an eclectic DJ keeping the crowd entertained. Our waitress was very helpful, but the waiters were slightly lost for they kept bringing our food to the wrong table. The food was alright, although I was expecting more. We shared 3 appetizers as well as the méchant burger with the poutine. Spinach dip; we could have done without. Crab cakes; were great. Shrimp tempura; dipping sauce was good. Although it i recommend removing the shrimp tail, before breading the whole shrimp. Kind of misleading when you think the whole shrimp is edible, and you bite into a crunchy tail. (gross) Méchant burger was a huge portion, slightly undercooked for my liking. All in all i'm glad i went to this resto for the ambiance, and entertainmentl, but i didn't enjoy the food all that much to want to go back.
First time at this resto, went there on a recommandation, and i was satisfied with the experience. Service was fast and very attentive. Our waitress was very helpful and social. I ebelive that the best part of their menu are the entrées. Many choices and all very different from eachother. Prices are very reasonable as well. I didn't try the Oreo dessert, although i thought the idea was very original, my bf admitted they tasted too much of fried. I would recommend this resto to people, to try out at least once.
