I took even some time to register myself because I wanted to give you some comments about this restaurant. Actually I am a Mauritian studying in Montreal. I have spent all my living in Mauritius. I can tell you that I a more than disappointed having wasted my time to go eat at this restaurant. The food was very discusting and my fiancée who is mexican was treated as a child of 10 and she got embarassed in front of the whole restaurant because I spoke creole(maurtian language) to the chef. She even accepted it and she did not even eat 3/4 of what she ordered. While leaving the 'chef' shouted from the other side of the restaurant to her 'FINISH YOUR FOOD'. Please get me there, my girlfriend was sad and sick all night and all day after having eaten there. The service is very bad and very slow. We waited for more than 1 hour to see the chef who would then cook the food. There is only 2 guys working there, the chef (if I can call this a chef) and the waiter is not friendly. We did not even know what we were eating and there is no menu. The 'chef' is very rude and will embarass yourself in front of the whole restaurant. He will act arrogantly and make you feel lower than him. The food is not even Mauritian food and I do not know why it is called 'les delices de lile maurice'. It is some frozen food or re-cooked food. This is a very small restaurant and not good at all with the decorations. You have posters and old clothes on the wall that have more than 10 years. The tables are not even cleaned up after someone leaves. To conclude, believe me, I am a Mauritian and I would not recommend people to go eat there ONE OF THE MOST EMBARASSING AND DISCUSTING RESTAURANT I HAVE BEEN IN MY LIFE
