Last order arrived cold, the fries, the pitas and a missing coke. After calling them, we were told they could'nt do anything for the pita and the fries, it's normal to arrive cold. There are no supervisor to take a decision and nobody can redo the order or offer a refund. Crappy service, especially when I am told that my order is cold because it is cold outside (-11 C), so how the other restaurants are able to keep my fries hot, they might use magic!!!
