Not the place to go if you're looking to have a decent customer service experience. If I could, I would glady rste them as -10 ! When we arrived, we were told the waiting time was around 15-20 minutes. We decided to wait. 45 minutes later, my friend and I were still not seated and no one even had the decency to come to us and apologize or at least let us know when the table would be ready. We asked them politely when would would get our table and the rude waitress simply said she doesn't know yet and that wee have to keeep waiting. After an hour and twenty minutes we decided to leave and just when we were about to open the door, the manager magically found a table. Since they never came to see us not apologized and because it was one the of the worst experience we've ever had, we decided to leave anyways! Never again.
