Rich indulgent dishes accompanied by fabulous wine menu. oysters served with home made smoky sauces. The lobster melange gave the ubiquitous shell fish a whole new look and taste and the hung steak melted into the unusual porcini mushroom butter. Daphne the mixilogist is as entertaining to talk to as to watch conjuring up bespoke cocktails designed to personal spirit taste. Smoky influenced decor, suggesting urban woodland perfectly complemented the dishes. Not cheap but if we had wanted cheap we would have gone to St Hubert's!
