We've been going there many times and always reserved on busy Saturday nights. So my wife called at 3 pm Saturday to do so and a gentleman answered it was not necessary and to just arrive at 5:30 to 5:45 and there would be no seating problems. She asked if he was sure since Saturdays are very busy. He confirmed. So we show up at 5:45 and see the 10 people line up and the restaurant is packed. My wife asked to see the manager and a woman comes to the front and explained that they don't take reservations on Saturdays. Which is absolutely false because we have every time because of the crowds. The woman insisted saying she's the owner, been there since the beginning (with an insulting smirk) and that there are no reservations on Saturdays. We walked out not wanting to wait an hour to sit. It kind of ruined things a bit since we only go out about every four months or so. Thanks for not being honest about the screw up.
