I had a desperate situation and it was not busy at the restaurant. I asked if I could use the washroom and the waitress looked at me horrified. I understand needing to be a customer to use facilities, but I was disgusted by the level of service and disappointed that I could not be granted a basic human right. Across the street, a business restaurant LEZVOS WEST was more than accommodating, and even wished me a happy holiday. I'd definitely go there instead. There's a lot to be said about service and decency. Restaurant Tao had neither.
