This was only my 2nd time ever eating at a sushi resto but it's safe to say that after my experience at Shoji sushi...I'm a sushi fan for life! The ambiance was quiet and made for very pleasant dining. Our waiter was polite, courteous, entertaining, knowledgeable and very informative. The menu selection was vast, the portions were more than generous and the sushi was absolutely delicious! My particular favorite was the "Dragon's Eye" I can't recall what was in it but it was pure heaven to the taste buds. Many thanks also to my dining companion who helped educate me on the different types of sushi and proper sushi etiquette. Will rave about this restaurant to all my friends and family. Top notch sushi dining all the way across the board.I will definitely be returning to Shoji Sush!
