Dear John, We apologize for the disappointment and frustration that this terrible situation has caused you and your party. We also apologize it was not properly and thoroughly explained to you over the phone. We were recently informed and warned by the liquor police that we have been serving and operating over our allowed capacity. We filed and applied for an increase in our capacity immediately. Unfortunately during the time that we have been waiting for the official documents we were misinformed about our capacity allowance, and on the day of your cancellation the police were back to tell us that we were over capacity. We had to immediately cancel all our remaining reservations. It was very difficult and not an action don carelessly, it was also not a decision that was made by us, but for us by law. We respect and value all our customers, and wish to apologize for this event which has angered and disappointed you all. We hope you have received our messages.
