We've been to this location twice now. Both times for their chicken (fried or other) brought us there. All the other dishes we ordered were delicious as well. The person that recommended this place to us raved about the fried chicken... and they were right! Can't wait to go back! Might try the bibimbap next time.

Upon recommendations from numerous friends, I tried their Dani's Special Submarine and it was delicious!

The food has always been delicious each time I've had it. Jerk chicken... stewed chicken... serviced with rice and peas, plantain. Awesome! I can't wait to go back!

They make their own bread for their subs! I know people that have driven from the East End or Laval to get their subs for take out. They have two small tables and a few chairs at the counter. Normally I get their subs for take out. Once tho', I went to eat there with two friends. I ordered the Manzo special sub and immediately asked for half to be wrapped up for take out. "What? You're not going to eat with us??" When the subs came out, my friends understood. :-) Personally, the full sized sub is a bit much for me to finish.. it's THAT BIG! I have to split it into two meals. Oh yeah, the pizzas are good as well.

I've been to Nouveau Delhi Express a half dozen times. I really enjoyed the food.. whether I ordered from the table d'hote or individual dishes from the main menu.

The shish taouk in the Zouki's wrapping is excellent! It's worth spending the few extra cents to try it out.

They're consistent in their food... Fast service at the take-out. Once in a while, you don't even have time to put your change away and your meal's in front of you. Only choices for the regular chicken meals is rice, fries or baked potato. I usually choose the rice out of those 3 choices.

Located in Park Extension on Jean Talon just east of L'acadie. It was my first time going to this restaurant. It's nice and cozy. It had a sort of comfortable homey feel to it and didn't feel like I was eating in a restaurant. As my Indian buddy did all the ordering, I don't remember the names of some of the dishes.. aside from chicken tikka, butter chicken, naan bread,... All of the food that was ordered was excellent! Meat dishes, vegatarian, spicy to not... all of the dishes were delicious! The mango lassi was refreshing and helped to calm some of the spicy dishes. I had a craving for Indian food and Restaurant Maison Indian Curry satisfied it nicely. Would I go back? Definitely, I would!

It was my first time to Casa Greque. I had heard many good things from friends who had been to one in the West Island. We were supposed to be a group of 10 people. For about 15-20 minutes, we were a group of 3 holding the space of 10. Therefore, they relocated us to a booth which promptly became overcrowded when 3 more of our group showed up not long after.. followed shortly by another two. We had to play musical tables for the second time. It made things a bit more difficult since some of us had ordered already. At the new tables, the wait was about 15-20 mins for menus and even longer for water. As part of the original 3 who ordered first, it took almost an hour to get our meals from the time we ordered. The "medium" rib steak I ordered was more on the well-done side and was rather dry. I did not finish eating it. The rice was okay. The accompanying potatoes didn't have much flavour. On a brighter note, one of our group who's been to a few Casa Greques did say it was the nicest looking one he's been to. It took about 15 mins to get our bills. We tipped in accordance with the quality of service we received. Would I go back? Personally, if I had a choice... probably not.. to this location anyway. I would like to keep an open mind about it and try one of the other locations to compare.

A Greek friend told me that they have the best Gyros in town. That's good enough for me. I've eaten here twice and have even gone out of my way to get a doner for takeout. Definitely, if I'm ever anywhere in the area, I'll make a stop here for one.
