L’ambiance de resto est très vive. On est les environs à six heures. Il y a déjà beaucoup de gens et on a attendu une demi-heure comme nous n’avons pas de réservation. La serveuse est très accueillante et la nourriture très bien.

Resto vraiment chic, le service est un peu lent mais et la nourriture est bonne!

La nourriture est ok. Mais le service est terrible. On n’a pas fini à manger mais le serveur est venu mettre le restant dans mon assiette sans me demander, très impoli! On nous demande constamment si on a fini de manger. Apparemment, le resto a hâte de nous chasser pour faire d’autre business. Une fois qu’on a payé la facture, le serveur est venu immédiatement pour mettre la table en propre même si on est encore là. Je comprends s’il y a une file d’attente mais il n’y a personne. C’est très insultant. La durée on est là, c’est seulement un peu plus d’une heure. Le manager et les serveurs ont besoin d’apprendre mieux pour servir la clientèle. Expérience décevante!

This has been the worst service I ever have and the longest time I ever have to wait to eat. First we ask questions when we order, but the waiter is always busy and has to tend to other tables before we finish our order. We order three dishes. One of the dish we order is an ordinary dish which we have tried before, but he said that will take 40 minutes to cook, so okay we follow his advice and change to another dish. However after one and a half hour, we still have not got any food. I have to walk out to find the waiter since he is always very busy and did not come around our corner. (After attempt to call down another waiter who can't follow our order because we must ask our waiter.) Our waiter's attitude is horrible. I ask if he can check our order. He keeps busy doing his own work, looking at some receipts and said you would wait far longer if you have ordered your previous dish. What the heck!? Is this suppose to be the attitude of a waiter? I look around, every other tables around us, people who came later than us have table full of food. And their waiter are like always asking them if everything is ok or if they need anything. When we ask them how come the food is so late, the response is it is busy in the kitchen and there is a mistake in the order. I am a regular client at this restaurant and before that, I like to go to this restaurant very often because the food is good. However uncompetent staff like this make me turn away from this restaurant. They need to hire polite and reliable staff to make this work.

Went on new year special day usually service and food are okay. But that time the soup is sour and the cook did not know about it. Bad to serve food that gone bad to customers, should try all food before serving. Dishes portion are small. Have notgo backsince then.
