From the moment you step inside Rib ‘N Reef, you know you’re in for a treat; the service is welcoming and the decor is elegant. My family and I recently went to celebrate a birthday, so obviously we went all out! We started off the meal with a bottle of white wine, that the waiter kindly suggested, and then ordered some appetizers. I ordered the Caesar salad; if you’ve been to The Rib before, then you already know that it’s prepared table-side. Not only was it entertaining to watch the waiter intricately prepare the salad before our eyes (the mayonnaise is made from scratch!), it was also delicious! For my main course, I had the scallops, and they were cooked perfectly, and tasted amazing! Of course, since I was there with family, we each had some “samples” of each other’s plates; each meal was succulent, and packed with flavour. Clearly, The Rib does both surf AND turf very well! Overall, dinner at The Rib was a great experience; the staff was efficient, quick, and very friendly! I will DEFINETLY be back!
