Most fun I've had eating out in a long time! Santos exceeded my expectations in every way possible! What really made Santos special for us was the service. Our waitress Angelica guided us in the right direction in order for Santos to truly be an experience for us. She created a sharing menu for us that consisted of two services. The first service consisted of charcuteries and cheeses along with fried calamari, shrimp tempura,and salmon tartar. This was paired with a Spanish pinot noir.Then in our second course we ate the filet mignon, beef tartar, short rib, and the lamb. The menu is all tapas which is great as we got to try a little bit of everything! After dinner is a bit a blur for me though... We might have had too much fun once the restaurant turned into a club. We decided to stay and ordered a bottle of "Russian Standard" which is a new premium vodka which was introduced to us for the first time. Overall, Santos is truly a special place to go out. All of the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a blast. I am officially hooked and will be going back soon!
