La Louisiane
Monkland Village
Service
Nourriture
3.0

For appetizers, I had the crab cakes they were delicious. Also tried the Louisiana Alligator (like little nuggets) not bad but not as good as the crab cakes. I had the crawfish étoufée, pretty spicy, it wasn't amazing but it wasn't bad. I'm told that's not how a real louisiana étoufée is made, usually it's rice, veggies and the crawfish tails mixed together with a cream sauce, this was everything separated and the sauce was more sticky. The service wasn't very good. The waitress seemed annoyed that we were there. Despite being about the only people inside the restaurant, the bus boys would always pass right beside our table, for the short time we were there they passed right beside our table like 15 times. A waiter came and took away my plate while I was still chewing on food. Then as we were waiting for the bill, a guy came with his cloth and started wipping and fixing the table for the next customers... he couldn't wait 5 more minutes?
