Circos Restaurant surprised me with their excellent food and amazing service. I had dinner there one night with a friend from out of town who was staying at the Hotel. Ever since I went back twice already with some friends and work colleagues. The cheese plates are amazing at Circos, not to mention the outstanding presentation of it all. I also had the halibut most recently and it was an absolute delight! And for desert, you can't go wrong with their famous chocolate soufflé accompanied with a good port, it is out of this world for any chocolate-desert lover! You won't be disappointed! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great restaurant with exceptional food and service at a reasonable price.
