Ok, so it was a saturday night... I had made a reservation for 7:30... patiently waited in the loby for 3 long hours (along with a group of now ex-clients), got our table at 10:25pm, ordered food right away (we had time to read the menu), left without being served around 11pm... kids fell asleep on the table. I don't think i will never go there again.
They actually refused to book us a tatami since we had kids ... on a tuesday night. This used to be a well kept place (Katsura) and kids were never an issue. Times have changed...
