Loved this place! Arrived on Canada Day about 3 pm. The place was filled with regulars all conversing and joking around with the staff. Staff was exceedingly friendly and they rock their kilts! The blond female server (forgot her name) even told us a bit about herself, where she was originally from (Windsor), and how much she loves Montreal. Husband and I enjoyed stout and the Irish Stew was to die for. We just sat there, watching the locals and enjoying some golf on TV. We didn't want to leave. I am originally from Montreal and have always wanted to move back, but my husband was always hesitant. After visiting this pub, he was checking out the real estate in Monkland Village, talking about how he'd love to live there and become a regular at Ye Olde Orchard: the staff were that friendly and were already treating us like regulars by the time we left. We'll be going back this summer and every summer for the foreseeable future.
