Terrible experience. Extremely rude cashier with no customer service or basic people skills. Even less personalty. Yet again the food was one hour late for a pick up. Had ordered the food two hours before the time they said it would be ready. Not the first time this happens. This time Mother's Day and pandemic (always easy to throw that one in) was the excuse....no common sense to even plan appropriate staffing for a major dining weekend. No acknowledgement that when you give a time for somebody to show up you should honour it and not repeatedly make excuses as to why you can't do your job or serve people as promised. Two hours is plenty of time to prepare the food. They give you the attitude when they are the ones messing up. When told they were an hour late and when would things be ready the cashier first off told me I had a different time given to me and then added "I have no time for this s--t!!!. Arrogance and attitude...what a combination for stellar customer service.
