Never thought I would have anything bad to say about this place. Was there last Saturday with my husband after not being there for about 2 years because of the pandemic. We would go there regularly. Well first of all it started with us not having a reservation. That part was our own fault. So we got seated at the first table for two right in the entrance with the crowd at your back. But that's OK, we figured we didn't reserve so we get what they have available. Then after about a 30 minute wait our waitress came over and asked if we were ready to order. No good evening, how are you, nothing. So alright, I asked her if she had a drink menu because we always like to have a drink first. So I could see on her face that it irritated her big time but we ordered our food and that came quickly. I had the most disgusting ribs (usually the meat falls off the bone) but these were undercooked and tasteless. My husband ordered the Philly cheese steak. Another disaster. It tasted horrible, the meat inside was undercooked and not seasoned at all. So my husband told the waitress who then told the manager who was right behind her (I think he's the manager) that my husband didn't like his dish. To which I heard him yell out well if he's not happy then tell him not to eat it and give him something else. So he ordered a cheeseburger and got a regular burger with 2 patties 🙄. Beans were undercooked and didn't taste good. My baked potato was nothing to write home about. Coleslaw and fries and drinks were pretty much the only good things. Once we were done, we waited another 20 minutes for the bill. So yeah, not going there again.
