As a South African my dream was to experience Texan Brisket. Never have I ever thaught that I will experience it here in Montreal. The first Brisket I tasted earlier today at a differenf restaurant was like normal cold meat. The brisket and ribs at Latucca, was the best meat I have ever tasted!!!! South Africans knows meat, but this is a bucket list experience !!! Tender, juicy and amazingly tasty, together with the smoked beans and cabbage salad. This is a bucket list visit you MUST experience if you enjoy meat !!!!!!!!! Thank you John and your team! I wil never forget this experience an I will see you again! In Afrikaans I can only say, " Dit was MOERSE lekker ! "
