Carte Blanche 2.0
Le Village/Centre Sud

I'm not usually the type to write a review, but I feel like this restaurant deserves more visibility as the service, food, and ambiance are a big ten on ten. So here it is:

I tried out this restaurant on a Friday with their special menu, five services for 48$ and WOOOOW the food was IN-CRE-DIBLE. I'm usually a picky eater, and I was still VERY SURPRISED at all. They have a variety of dishes in their four services to choose between a list of different food. We had the lamb and duck and they are completely worth it! And yeah, they do have Kangooroo meat, I haven't tried that yet, but it's on my to-do list to try at least once (this is for explorer eaters like me!) ;).

I had to negotiate with my friend who accompanied me to try more than one dish on this supper. All were exquisite, hands up!
If you have the chance to share food (as their plates are pretty big and can be shareable so you can have a taste of everything), GO FOR IT. When we finished we were both very "happy-full," you know, when you can't eat more but at the same time, you don't feel bad for what you ate.

Plus, the Cuban music that we had, the performance was terrific! Authentic music, fantastic voice and lovely ambiance.

It's a BYOB, so don't forget to bring your wine. There's an SAQ not far from this place, so this restaurant's location is also a PLUS.

I will come back again.

I am hoping you give it a try too!
